Scenario #1 - Your content is hosted or available on YouTube, without your knowledge or permission

If someone has posted content to YouTube that you believe infringes on your protected content, please follow Google's copyright takedown notice process to complete your DMCA takedown request. Choose this option if your protected content was seen on https://www.andnextup.com, but shouldn't even exist on youtube. We are a website that makes YouTube videos available to our viewership via YouTube's APIs. We are not the host of the videos seen on our website, we simply link to the videos via Google's embedding feature. If you're not expecting to see your protected content made available through YouTube, you will want to use their DMCA process to complete your claim. If the content is not available on YouTube, it will naturally be unavailable for us to re-share the content on our website.

Scenario #2 - Your content is on YouTube as desired, but andnextup.com is re-sharing it without your permission.
